Responsibilities
Drafting Certificates of Survey for developed and custom home lots for new home projects
Work with home builders and engineers on house placement and proposed grading plans
Work with Survey field crews, preparing them with necessary computations and supporting data
Drafting ALTA/NSPS Surveys, Preliminary and Final plats for residential developments
Qualification
Required
2 years of land surveying experience
Strong working knowledge of Autocad Civil 3d or similar software
Strong desire for quality and accurate work
Careful attention to detail
Preferred
LSIT preferred but not required
