Hampton Inn & Suites Charleston Airport is a leader in the hospitality industry, seeking a Sales Manager to represent the hotel’s services and facilities. The Sales Manager will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring outstanding guest service.

Respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers seeking sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc
Travel primarily outside the hotel to initiate new sales, solicit leads, hold conferences and make sales proposals and presentations
Host and entertain clients and maintain client accounts
Determine rates and negotiate contracts
Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales or hospitality industry
Ability to respond to inquiries from potential clients and customers
Willingness to travel primarily outside the hotel for sales activities
Experience in hosting and entertaining clients
Ability to determine rates and negotiate contracts
Skill in developing sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and room night goals
