Responsibilities

Supervise and motivate front desk team members to provide exceptional guest service
Manage schedules, track attendance, and assist with employee coaching and performance feedback
Handle guest concerns with professionalism, offering solutions that enhance their stay
Support budgeting, financial reviews, and operational improvements to drive efficiency
Oversee VIP check-ins, ensure supplies are stocked, and maintain front desk readiness
Be a resource for resort information, from room layouts to special packages and promotions
Step in to assist other departments during busy times to maintain top-tier service

Qualification

Hospitality experienceLeadership skillsCommunication skillsMicrosoft WordMicrosoft ExcelMultitasking abilityProblem-solving skillsAdaptability

Required

High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or business education preferred
3+ years of hospitality experience; timeshare or resort background is a plus
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Ability to multitask and adapt in a high-energy environment
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
