Effective School Solutions (ESS) is seeking a Per Diem Mental Health Professional Development Trainer and Coach to provide training and coaching with K-12 school districts. The role involves building knowledge on student mental health and social emotional learning among educators, counselors, and stakeholders through presentations and coaching sessions.

Education Management

Responsibilities

Provide 1-6 hours of professional development to school districts through presentations

Train and coach a group of district staff (up to 12 staff members) including monthly sessions, group and individual coaching sessions, and regular feedback

Submit coaching scores after sessions and share findings as needed

Provide consultation to school professionals and clinicians as needed

Stable Internet connection and proficient with technology including use of a laptop computer, various web-based software such as Microsoft 365, Zoom, and other tools as needed
