GTM Systems Lead (Outbound)

Auxo is a fast-growing AI company helping SMBs scale through automated acquisition systems. They are seeking a GTM Systems Lead who will be responsible for designing, building, and owning the outbound system end to end, focusing on data, tooling, workflows, automation, and experimentation.

Responsibilities

Architect and own the outbound system from scratch, including data models, tooling, workflows, and feedback loops
Design ICP definitions, segmentation logic, enrichment pipelines, and routing rules
Build and maintain outbound infrastructure across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, and analytics tools
Instrument performance tracking and diagnostics to understand why things work or break
Partner with Sales to define qualification logic, handoff criteria, and pipeline hygiene
Continuously iterate on systems based on signal quality, not just volume
Document and harden the system until it is scalable and repeatable

Required

Have built and owned an outbound engine or GTM system as a full-time operator, not just advised on it
Strong in systems thinking: data, workflows, automation, tooling
Comfortable going deep into CRM architecture, enrichment logic, routing, and attribution
Less focused on selling, more focused on how the machine works
Able to explain why something scaled or failed, not just what metrics improved
Thrive in ambiguous, early-stage environments with little structure

Preferred

RevOps, Growth Engineering, or GTM Operations background
Experience building first outbound motion at an early-stage startup
Strong technical fluency with CRM, enrichment, automation, and AI tooling
