Responsibilities

Administers the core banking infrastructure and collaborates with vendors for troubleshooting and guidance

Maintains Windows servers as well as implements, provides patching and updates

Manages and implements VMware environment and SAN Storage

Manages Centra’s hosted email solution and phone and call center systems

Manages and administers backup software across the lines of business

Manages, implements, and configures network environment, database systems

Creates technical documentation for internal processes and systems

Monitors and implements network security products and vendors

Provides after hours and weekend support for critical infrastructure issues
