Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director of Planning and Construction, the Senior infrastructure Project Manager (Sr. PM) is responsible for a variety of duties related to planning, coordinating, supervising, and drafting of various infrastructure-related projects across Southcoast Health

Direct, supervise and coordinate activities of assigned personnel

Assure successful completion of projects on schedule and within budget while maintaining the highest quality of administering required safety practices with all activities

Required

Bachelors degree in Facilities Management or Engineering, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and practical concepts, and construction in a medical setting is required

Must be able to read and understand architectural and construction plans

Familiarity with hospital design, Joint Commission requirements, and Life Safety protocols is required

The ability to oversee, schedule, coordinate and direct project activities along with weekend, off-shift, holiday, and on-call and overtime may be required

Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired

10 years of experience managing/leading engineering teams required
