Staff Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

Lead the analysis, configuration, and implementation of Infor WMS solutions across distribution and manufacturing environments
Partner with business stakeholders, warehouse operations, and IT teams to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions
Support the integration of automated material handling systems, including AS/RS, pick-to-light, AGVs, and robotics, with WMS and ERP platforms
Develop detailed system documentation including business process flows, functional specifications, and configuration guides
Participate in system testing, data validation, and user acceptance activities to ensure smooth deployments
Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement in warehouse and fulfillment system performance
Collaborate with solution architects and vendors to evaluate emerging technologies that enhance throughput, accuracy, and scalability
Train and mentor business users and junior team members on WMS functionality and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
10+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role implementing and supporting Infor WMS (preferred) or comparable Tier 1 WMS platforms (Manhattan)
Proven experience working with warehouse automation systems such as AS/RS, conveyors, robotics, or autonomous guided vehicles
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and fulfillment processes
Hands-on experience with system configuration, integration, and data mapping
Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and middleware used for WMS integration a plus
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Masters Degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Experience with Infor Warehouse Management and related modules
Proven experience leading and owning medium to large scale supply chain projects with 30+ project team members
Exposure to industry leading supply chain technologies and digital warehouse transformation initiatives
Familiarity with RF technologies, IoT sensors, and analytics tools for operational visibility
Project management or Agile delivery experience
