Responsibilities
Provide processing support to the Private Client Advisor team for all lines of personal insurance
Ensure that policy transactions are processed and accurate – including policy changes, binders, ID cards, evidence of insurance, misc. applications & supplemental forms
Communicate with customers, as needed, to obtain information necessary to complete transactions
Assist client Advisor team in the management of workflow of assigned book of business
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational, planning, problem solving and multi-task skills
Qualification
Required
Provide processing support to the Private Client Advisor team for all lines of personal insurance

2+ years of solid personal lines experience
Property & Casualty Insurance License in good standing
Preferred
Working knowledge of AMS360
