Responsibilities

Conduct a brief morning meeting/huddle with management to communicate the day's priorities, safety updates, and performance targets

Check in with each team member to assess morale, address initial concerns, and ensure they have the necessary resources

Serve as the primary point of communication between the floor staff and the management team

Verify the accuracy of inbound material

Assist in QA (Quality Assurance) of goods prior to transferring to the next area for processing

Perform a daily walk-through inspection to check for safety hazards (e.g., spills, improperly stored items, damaged racking)

Ensure the Warehouse Management System (PLWTO) is updated accurately and in real-time

Ensure the warehouse, including staging areas and common zones, is kept clean and organized throughout the day and before shift end. (RAM in trays, tools in bins, etc)
