This role is responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies, managing budgets, and ensuring measurable outcomes while collaborating with various teams to integrate influencer strategies into the company's growth engine.

Responsibilities

Architect and evolve a modular, regionally tiered influencer ecosystem, piloting and validating performance by state and metro before national scale
Build and refine repeatable market-entry frameworks defining creator mix, investment levels, content strategy, and affiliate structure by market maturity
Translate brand vision into a long-term influencer operating model centered on lifecycle value, repeat partnerships, and regional relevance
Partner cross-functionally with paid media, creative, social, email, and e-commerce to ensure influencer strategy is fully integrated into the growth engine
Partner with Director of Growth to align forecasting assumptions, attribution models, and amplification strategy
Own influencer budget planning, allocation, and forecasting at both regional and national levels
Forecast expected outcomes by creator tier, region, and amplification strategy
Evaluate performance using CPA, MER, ROAS contribution, AOV, and LTV impact, not vanity metrics
Make confident, data-backed decisions on where to scale, pause, or exit creator investments
Treat influencer content as a core creative input to paid media, not a standalone channel
Define and own whitelisting criteria, usage rights, and creator selection for paid amplification
Partner closely with Paid Media to test, optimize, and scale high-performing creator content
Analyze whitelisted content performance to inform future creator selection, creative direction, and investment strategy
Build and steward a high-integrity creator network across micro, mid-tier, top-performing affiliates, and ambassadors
Own the creator lifecycle model -> seeding → affiliate → ambassador — with clear progression criteria based on performance, consistency, and brand alignment
Negotiate and manage long-term, multi-deliverable partnerships, prioritizing sustained impact over one-off activations
Oversee contracts, usage rights, compliance, and creator governance with precision
Architect and scale an elevated affiliate program with clear tiers, benchmarks, incentives, and regional expectations
Use ShopMy as core infrastructure for creator monetization, attribution, and performance visibility
Identify top-performing creators by region and transition them into structured affiliate and ambassador roles
Build an ambassador program rooted in loyalty, repeat performance, and elevated brand representation
Lead cross-functional collaboration without hand-holding or escalation, while aligning closely with existing influencer and partnerships leadership to ensure cohesion and trust
Evaluate creator performance through ShopMy and internal analytics, with emphasis on regional performance, repeat purchase behavior, LTV and cross-category attachment
Pilot influencer strategies at the state and metro level, optimizing before national rollout
Identify high-performing regional clusters and apply insights to sequencing, investment, and scale decisions
Translate insights into clear strategic recommendations, not data dumps
Serve as the central strategic owner for influencer, affiliate, and ambassador initiatives
Lead cross-functional collaboration without hand-holding or escalation
Establish SOPs, approval workflows, and reporting cadence to support scale
Provide leadership and direction to junior team members and play a central role in designing the future influencer team structure, including defining roles, capabilities, and hiring priorities

Required

7–10+ years of influencer marketing experience in premium, luxury, or elevated lifestyle brands (or agencies serving those categories)
Proven experience designing and scaling influencer or affiliate systems, not just executing campaigns
Deep, hands-on experience with ShopMy (or comparable creator commerce platforms)
Demonstrated success owning budget, forecasting, and performance accountability
Strong fluency in whitelisting and paid amplification
Experience operating across U.S. regional markets; international exposure a plus
Confident communicator with executive-level judgment and decision-making ability
