Responsibilities
Assist in managing HUD-related legal checklists and documentation
Provide support with legal operations, including CHOW and related processes
Handle repetitive and process-driven legal tasks that do not require attorney-level work
Support with transactions, contracts, and ongoing deals
Collaborate with the in-house counsel and team members to ensure timely completion of legal tasks
Assist with general legal matters as assigned, with potential to take on broader responsibilities over time
Qualification
Required
Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects with strong follow-through
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to work independently while supporting attorneys and team members
Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn, with openness to training
