Responsibilities
Support resume screening, applicant review, and initial outreach to candidates
Assist with scheduling interviews, communicating with applicants, and coordinating hiring activities
Participate in job fairs, campus recruiting events, and internship program activities
Help collect and organize candidate information, job postings, and recruiting documentation
Support onboarding activities such as background checks, paperwork preparation, and compliance tracking
Assist with HR administrative tasks including pre-employee testing, data entry, and conducting orientation
Collaborate with HR team members to identify improvements in recruiting processes and candidate experience
Qualification
Required
A current student pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with an eagerness to learn recruiting fundamentals
Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Undergrad Junior status or above
Strong writing and communication skills
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to work within the hours of Monday through Friday between 7:00am-5:00pm
Hours will vary and can be worked around course schedules
