Provide prompt customer service to Residents
Enforce adherence to environmental and OSHA regulation policies and procedures
Statistical reporting and budget responsibilities
Delegate work orders, schedule turns, and order supplies as needed
Qualification
Required
Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
HVAC installation experience, and HVAC troubleshooting experience
Have a valid driver's license
Passing a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen is required
Ability to lift 100 lbs
Some weekends as required
Initiative and customer service skills
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred
Spanish language skills are a plus
