Responsibilities
Receive structured training on the Socium Way and the fundamentals of paid media, specifically paid search marketing
Learn how paid search campaigns are built, managed, and optimized across platforms like Google Ads
Assist with campaign setup, keyword research, ad copy support, and performance analysis
Analyze search query and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and insights
Build and maintain reports that help tell the story of account performance
Support Paid Search team members on multi-channel client accounts
Participate in internal discussions around strategy, testing, and optimization
Join client calls to support insights, reporting, and performance updates as you grow in the role
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal abilities
Curiosity and motivation to understand not just what happened, but why it happened
Comfortable working with data and excited by the idea of turning numbers into insights
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and eager to deepen skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and lookups
Self-starter who takes initiative, learns quickly, and is not afraid to ask questions
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Open to feedback and motivated by continuous improvement
Foundational workplace skills such as communication, time management, problem-solving, or analytical thinking
