Responsibilities
Own food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and allergen control
Lead and support SQF and customer audits
Ensure compliance with FDA and FSMA requirements
Investigate quality issues and drive corrective actions
Partner closely with Operations and cross-functional teams
Qualification
Required
Food manufacturing experience is required
Background in food safety and quality systems at the plant level
Experience with GFSI standards such as SQF
Hands-on, floor-focused leadership style
