The Business Development role focuses on managing sales and relationships within the kitchen and bath industry, promoting product offerings, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
Grow and manage sales within assigned accounts, developing strong relationships across Purchasing, Operations, Marketing, and Leadership
Identify and pursue new business with underdeveloped kitchen manufacturers
Promote Hafele's full product offering, including functional hardware, kitchen organization, fasteners, and lighting
Collaborate with internal teams and dealer networks to ensure aligned efforts and maximize sales opportunities
Communicate regularly with Hafele colleagues on dealer feedback, product needs, and market trends
Present new product launches and act as knowledgeable resource on Hafele's solutions
Participate in team strategy sessions and contribute ideas for growth and improvement
Assist in developing "customer specific products"
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
High degree of comfort in dealing with various level of decision-makers
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
Degree of applicable market and product knowledge
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce
