Responsibilities

Co-Sell with Microsoft
Engage Microsoft AEs/CSAs/SSPs/PDMs to build and execute joint account plans and pipeline
Align Microsoft’s business case and solution vision with LTIMindtree’s professional services scope, commercials, and delivery model
Participate in co-sell motions, marketplace strategies, and executive account reviews
Create persuasive business-case-driven sales pitches, quantifying financial benefits (e.g., TCO reduction, cost avoidance, OpEx predictability) and qualitative value (e.g., agility, risk reduction, innovation velocity)
Structure end-to-end proposals that cover license costs, implementation, managed services/AMS, and support SLAs, ensuring margin and risk controls
Develop win themes, competitive differentiation, and value realization/benefits-tracking plans
Own opportunity management, forecasting, and pipeline hygiene (CRM)
Lead commercials, negotiation, and closure (SOWs, MSAs, order forms, marketplace/private offers where applicable)
Coordinate solution architects and delivery leaders to scope feasible, profitable engagements that drive Azure consumption
Run CxO and VP-level conversations; facilitate workshops, discovery, and solution shaping
Map stakeholder influence, manage buying committees, and navigate procurement and legal to timely close
Track Azure committed revenue, consumption ramp, services attach, and gross margin to plan
Provide clear status reporting and executive updates; drive continuous improvement on win rates and sales cycle time

Required

10–15 years in technology/services sales, with a strong record in cloud or IT services engagements
Minimum 3 - 4 years of recent and current experience in an Azure Partner Sales role
Proven experience working with hyperscalers or partner ecosystems (Microsoft required exposure; Microsoft co-sell experience strongly preferred)
Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and related portfolio (infrastructure, data/AI, app modernization, migration, DevOps/FinOps, security & governance)
Demonstrated ability to build and present business cases (financial models, ROI/TCO, value realization) and convert them into signed commitments
Proficiency in end-to-end deal management: discovery, solution alignment, pricing, proposal, negotiation, SOW/contracting, and handoff to delivery
Executive communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complex technical and commercial constructs
CRM discipline (e.g., Dynamics 365 or Salesforce), accurate forecasting, and pipeline management
Ability to work cross-functionally and thrive in a fast-paced, partner-led sales environment

Preferred

Hands-on Microsoft co-sell experience with field teams (AEs/CSAs/SSPs/PDMs) and familiarity with Azure commitment constructs (e.g., MACC, marketplace private offers)
Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104, AZ-305, DP-900) or equivalent cloud credentials
Experience selling professional services tied to Azure migration, data/AI, application modernization, managed services, and FinOps
Comfort with financial modeling in Excel (TCO/ROI), value engineering, and benefits realization plans
Industry vertical exposure (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Retail) and large enterprise account experience
MBA or equivalent business/finance acumen is a plus
