Responsibilities
Support U.S. projects with technical and operational oversight
Coordinate daily with Italian HQ on project updates and requirements
Manage subcontractor selection, contracts, and performance
Track project budgets, materials, timelines, and logistics
Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction
Oversee project teams, technicians, and support staff
Partner with the Italian team on U.S. commercial strategy
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
Prepare project documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct site visits and manage on-site project installations
Support continuous process improvement and team development
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience is required
Technical project management experience is required
Fluent in German or Italian is required
Experience & interest in skiing or snowboarding is required
Preferred
Experience with electrical systems or water/fluid systems is preferred
