Partner Sales Leader – Google Cloud (Data & AI)

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end Google Cloud partnership charter, including GTM planning, alliance growth, and executive alignment
Develop and execute a joint business plan with Google’s partner and sales leadership teams
Build trusted relationships with Google Cloud AEs, Partner Development Managers (PDMs), Industry Directors, and Field CTO teams
Drive marketing and field alignment initiatives such as joint campaigns, customer events, and market development funds (MDF) utilization
Drive pipeline creation and revenue growth across Google Cloud, Data, and AI service offerings
Lead co-selling motions with Google field teams to identify, shape, and close new logo and expansion opportunities
Act as a strategic advisor in large pursuits, orchestrating internal solutioning, pricing, and delivery teams to create winning proposals
Track and manage quarterly alliance-driven targets, forecasting, and executive-level reporting
Identify and unlock whitespace across priority industries such as BFSI, Retail, CPG, Healthcare, Life-sciences, Pharma, Hi-Tech, Automotive/Manufacturing etc
Provide insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and solution differentiators to inform GTM strategy
Influence service offering development for Data Engineering, AI/ML, Cloud Modernization, and Industry Cloud solutions aligned to Google Cloud’s roadmap
Partner closely with the C-Suite to shape overall alliance strategy, investment priorities, and long-term growth plans
Regularly engage in board-level updates, executive forecasting, and strategic reviews
Represent the company in senior-level meetings with Google leadership, customer executives, and ecosystem partners

Required

10+ years of experience in IT services, cloud consulting, or data & AI-focused sales roles
Strong existing relationships with Google Cloud (GCP) field teams, partner teams, and industry leadership
Proven track record of driving revenue through co-selling with Google
Deep understanding of Google Cloud's portfolio—including Cloud Infrastructure, Data Engineering, BigQuery, Vertex AI, MLOps, App Modernization, and Industry Solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise pursuits
Experience in alliance management, partner sales, and joint GTM motions in an SI/GSI/RSI/consulting environment
Excellent executive presence, communication, and influence skills
Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred

Prior experience in a Partner Sales role for a Google Cloud services partner (SI/GSI/RSI/Consulting)
Background working with multi-cloud ecosystems (optional, not required)
Experience building alliances for Data Engineering, AI/ML, or Cloud Modernization practices
