Systems Administrator (Windows/Active Directory/Azure)
ITC Federal is an information technology and consulting company focused on servicing the needs of the Federal Government. ITC Federal is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to support the Department of Justice’s Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR), where the candidate will maintain, secure, and modernize enterprise systems that support DOJ operations.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier II systems and desktop support in an enterprise Windows environment
Administer and support Windows Server 2022 and legacy server upgrade paths
Manage and maintain Active Directory, including users, groups, GPOs, and access controls
Support Windows 10/11 operating systems across desktops and laptops
Perform system imaging, hardware provisioning, and lifecycle management
Support and troubleshoot Azure and hybrid cloud environments
Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 / M365 applications
Troubleshoot VPN connectivity and secure remote access solutions
Support and troubleshoot Zscaler and endpoint security tools
Conduct software installations, testing, and patching
Assist with vulnerability management and remediation efforts
Document procedures and collaborate with engineering and security teams
Qualification
Required
Ability to obtain a DOJ Public Trust clearance
7+ years of relevant IT systems administration experience
Strong experience with Windows Server (2019/2022)
Hands-on experience administering Active Directory
Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
Tier II support experience in an enterprise setting
Azure administration
Preferred
Experience supporting federal or highly regulated environments
