MSW, PhD, PsyD

LCSW/LCSW-R required

Ability to provide advanced clinical supervision to interns and staff

Experience working with diverse populations such as HIV, homeless, mentally ill, elderly, children, adolescents

Technical knowledge of program development and relevant community resources

Ability to develop linkage with community organizations

Excellent communication and human relation skills

Preferred

Program administration experience preferred

Experience in crisis intervention and providing individual, family, and group counseling

Experience in task and clinical supervision for psychosocial services staff

Experience in quality assurance and clinical excellence

Experience in chart reviews to ensure quality indicators are met

Experience in co-signing student progress notes and evaluations

Experience in overseeing the identification of child welfare issues
