Responsibilities
Provide ongoing training and support to Tellers by providing input to the Teller Supervisor/Retail Coordinator on performance reviews and participating in new Teller training and mentoring
Assist the Teller Supervisor/Retail Coordinator in preparing Teller work schedules, reviewing Teller work on a regular basis and conducting Teller audits
Handle more complex customer issues that may be referred to the Lead Teller from other Tellers
Qualification
Required
Proven quality customer service experience
Minimum one (1) of consecutive, current, and proven success handling cash
Leadership and teller experience
High school diploma or GED
Thorough knowledge of teller services and customer service/relations
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Desire to be involved in the community
Preferred
Previous lead teller experience
