Assisting with policy renewals and adjustments
Generating new insurance sales
Maintaining client records
Supporting customers in managing their insurance products
Addressing inquiries
Resolving concerns
Supporting the growth and performance of the agency
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Insurance Sales, knowledge of insurance products, and experience with insurance brokerage services
Understanding and experience in financial services or finance-related principles
Excellent Customer Service skills, including communication and responsiveness to client needs
Strong organizational and time management skills
Licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance as well as Life and Health Insurance (or willingness to obtain these licenses promptly)
Ability to work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment
Preferred
Prior experience in the insurance or financial sectors is a plus
