Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute activities to support and maintain the QMS (Quality Management System)

Work closely with system analyst and engineers to identify and correct deficiencies in the QMS

Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to reduce waste while improving process flow and outputs of the business’s processes

Review and understand the key procedures and components of the QMS and the business’s quality objectives

Read and interpret customer quality system requirements, including industrial processing and inspection specifications

Audit business procedures and functions, including industrial processing and inspection operations, against a defined set of requirements

Create reports which clearly and concisely outline how business procedures and functions either meet or do not meet the defined set of requirements

Collaborate with business unit teams to agree upon specific, actionable items necessary to implement new requirements or address identified deficiencies

Work in various software platforms to audit data pertaining to chemical process procedures and parameters, inspection, and quality performance

Query and manipulate data, create Excel spreadsheets for review and to assist in executing project tasks

Assist with product testing as needed

Assist with instrument calibration as needed

Assist with instrument calibration as needed
