Agile Consulting Group is a sales and use tax consulting firm looking for part-time help. The ideal candidate will assist in reading and synthesizing tax laws to help clients understand their obligations and prepare communications for internal and external stakeholders.

Help clients make accurate taxing decisions for their product and/or service offerings

Read laws, statutes, rules and regulations, rulings, court cases, and other existing case law

Synthesize information to arrive at a clear understanding of tax obligations

Prepare communications to share internally with the team or externally with clients

Qualification

Required

Law school student, recent graduate, or someone experienced in reading laws, statutes, rules and regulations, rulings, court cases, and other existing case law

Ability to synthesize information to arrive at a clear understanding of tax obligations

Experience in reading tax law and applying it to specific situations in sales and use tax

Ability to prepare communications to convey technical tax information in an understandable manner
