Responsibilities

Design and improve financial and operational processes for private credit funds and BDC structures

Manage preparation and review of financial statements and regulatory filings including quarterly and annual reports and investor communications

Oversee calculations for management and incentive fees along with expense accruals and budgeting

Ensure accuracy of fund accounting and capital account reporting across multiple strategies

Partner with investment teams to analyze complex transactions and new investment structures

Coordinate with external service providers including administrators pricing agents and financing partners

Work closely with internal teams including legal compliance operations and business development to maintain strong controls and support growth initiatives

Act as the main contact for audit and tax engagements

Assist with corporate level reporting including forecasts and management analysis
