Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years in litigation with a focus on commercial and/or real estate disputes
Demonstrated ability to argue motions and handle cases through trial
Active NY State Bar membership in good standing
Strong legal writing, research, and case management capabilities
Experience in both state and federal courts
Preferred
