Responsibilities

Drafting purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
Preparing closing documents
Reviewing title and survey issues
Drafting easement agreements and other development-related contracts
Creating homeowners association documents and related materials

Qualification

North Carolina law licenseReal estate lawHomebuilder transactionsTransactional real estateLong-term commitment

Required

Active North Carolina law license and residency in NC
Prior experience with homebuilders (either in-house or law firm)
Strong background in real estate law
Willingness to focus exclusively on this project (no concurrent engagements)
Ability to commit to a long-term assignment
If based in Raleigh, openness to occasional in-office collaboration
