Responsibilities
Represent buyers and sellers in residential real-estate transactions, with a focus on luxury and waterfront properties
Prospect, cultivate, and manage leads using our CRM, listing-focused systems, and global referral network
Prepare and present comparative market analyses, marketing plans, and purchase offers
Provide white-glove service, guiding clients through every step from listing to closing
Uphold Engel & Völkers’ brand standards and professional ethics
Qualification
Required
Active Florida Real Estate Sales Associate or Broker license
Minimum 2 years of full-time production or equivalent sales volume
Proven ability to generate and convert leads
Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-service skills
Preferred
Familiarity with the Tampa Bay luxury market
