Responsibilities

Submit purchase orders (POs) to vendors, monitor fulfillment status, and follow up on delivery timelines

Track shipments and resolve issues related to vendor delays, fulfillment gaps, or inventory discrepancies

Escalate issues to internal stakeholders when vendors are unresponsive or performance falls below expectations

Process and track Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and ensure resolution with vendors

Maintain accurate order, vendor, and fulfillment records within internal systems and databases

Collaborate with Procurement and Inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels and order accuracy

Assist with the continuous improvement of vendor workflows and internal documentation

Log recurring operational issues and contribute to cross-functional problem-solving initiatives

Support projects related to process optimization, vendor performance analysis, and reporting
