Deliver accurate, GAAP-compliant financial statements that are audit-ready and sparkle with precision
Spot inefficiencies, squash bottlenecks, and turn our close process into a well-oiled machine
Strengthen internal controls and keep everything aligned with company SOPs and documentation standards
Build bridges, share knowledge, and create upskilling programs that make the whole squad stronger
Monitor KPIs, track financial health, and drive improvements in speed, accuracy, and variance analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory responsibilities
GAAP wizardry and internal control mastery
Experience with financial close processes and audit preparation
Tech-savvy with accounting systems and data tools
A collaborator who loves turning complexity into clarity
