Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required
Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine. Upon Hire Required
Must qualify and be a member of the Medical Staff of the Hospital. Upon Hire Required
