Content & Growth Marketing Manager
Kodif is a CX AI platform for e-commerce businesses, helping brands automate and scale customer support using advanced AI. The Content & Growth Marketing Manager will define and execute Kodif’s marketing engine, focusing on building a credible marketing presence that attracts and converts mid-market e-commerce leaders.

Responsibilities
Own and evolve Kodif’s WordPress website
Create and maintain:
Blog posts and thought leadership
Product and use-case pages
Conversion-focused landing pages
Ensure content resonates with US e-commerce operators and decision-makers
Partner closely with founders to develop their presence on LinkedIn and X / Twitter
Turn product insights, opinions, and market observations into sharp, authentic posts
Establish Kodif as a credible voice in AI, CX, and e-commerce
Own Kodif’s newsletter and editorial cadence
Support webinars, virtual events, or partner activations as they scale
Coordinate content distribution and follow-up with sales and growth teams
Create or manage:
Social graphics
Simple marketing visuals
Lightweight sales and product collateral
Maintain a consistent, modern visual and editorial bar
Ensure everything 'feels right' for a US e-commerce audience
Collaborate with sales on:
Case studies
Lead magnets
High-intent content for conversion
Help turn customer wins into public-facing proof points
Track what performs and iterate quickly
Qualification
Required
4–8 years experience in content, growth, or product marketing
Experience marketing to US-based e-commerce or SaaS buyers
Strong writing and editorial judgment
Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn and X
Hands-on experience with email and newsletter tools
Comfortable working with technical products and AI-driven platforms
Strong aesthetic and editorial taste
Intuition for what feels modern vs. outdated
Intuition for what feels founder-led vs. corporate
Intuition for what feels insightful vs. noisy
Able to translate rough ideas into polished, high-signal output
Preferred
Startup experience (Seed–Series B)
Familiarity with CX, AI, or support tooling
Light analytics experience (GA, HubSpot, etc.)
Interest in growing into a broader marketing leadership role
