Responsibilities
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial automation machinery at customer sites
Provide technical support and training to customers on system operation and maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement solutions
Document service activities, maintain service logs, and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Technical degree or equivalent experience in industrial automation, mechanical, or electrical systems
Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role with industrial machinery
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Willingness and ability to travel nationally (~70% of the time)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
