This role involves creating and revising mechanical drawings and collaborating with engineers in a hands-on environment focused on hardware development.

Responsibilities
Create and revise detailed mechanical part and assembly drawings
Translate 3D models into accurate, manufacturing-ready 2D documentation
Support hardware development projects through clean, well-structured CAD deliverables
Collaborate closely with mechanical and electrical engineering team members
Ensure drawings align with GD&T and manufacturing standards
Provide CAD models to support simulation and analysis workflows
Qualification
Required
1+ year of mechanical drafting experience, or strong internship/co-op/project experience
Proficiency with SolidWorks; experience with Onshape is a plus
Strong attention to detail and understanding of manufacturing best practices
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Clear communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Preferred
Familiarity with simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS)
