Responsibilities
Lead and supervise ABA therapists on your cases
Design and regularly update individualized ABA treatment plans
Develop and implement behavior intervention plans
Analyze data and make program adjustments based on client progress
Review reports and session notes
Communicate with parents and provide training on ABA strategies
Collaborate with Program Managers to ensure quality outcomes
Deliver parent and staff training in ABA techniques
Qualification
Required
BCBA certification from the BACB
Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) active and credentialed in Arizona
Ability to complete assessments and reassessments in person
