Responsibilities
Experience implementing Production Planning solutions (SAP ePP/DS) in an Automotive or any discrete manufacturing industry is required
Minimum 10+ years of Implementing S/4HANA Production Planning and other related planning solutions is required
In depth experience in SAP – Production Planning and Detail Scheduling capabilities - interactive production planning, Detailed scheduling, Pegging, Production Planning table, Planning board, constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning, Multilevel Scheduling and sequencing is required
Experience in Cross-Location Planning, Automated Responses to changes in planning situation Multi-Level Constraint based Production Plan, Sub-daily Buckets, Telescopic Time Buckets, Time Dependent Safety Stock is required
In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Distribution planning and Service planning are required
Experience with E2E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired
Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
Exceptional social skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of team members at all levels of the organization
A independent performer who has excellent communication skills, presentable to customer and can lead the implementation of SAP PP/DS Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment Maintain a collaborative, team relationship with peers and colleagues to effectively contribute to the group’s achievement of goals

SAP ERP Production Planning & Control EXPERIENCE RANGE IN REQUIRED SKILLS: 10 & Above
Relevant Experience: 10 – 15 Yrs

Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, information systems or related field, or equivalent work experience
