Responsibilities
Lead the execution of M&A transactions across buy-side, sell-side, and strategic advisory assignments
Manage day-to-day transaction processes, including diligence coordination, financial modeling, valuation, and client deliverables
Oversee preparation of marketing materials, including CIMs, pitch books, management presentations, and board materials
Play a key role in client interactions, including presenting analysis and running workstreams independently
Supervise and mentor junior bankers (Associates and Analysts), ensuring a high standard of output and professional development
Support senior leadership in business development and deal origination efforts
Qualification
Required
6–8 years of relevant investment banking experience, preferably with exposure to Healthcare or adjacent verticals
Strong M&A execution track record and ability to lead transactions with limited oversight
Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or other advanced degree is a plus but not required
