This entry-level role will assist the Project Manager with various tasks including writing and tracking RFIs, reviewing submittals, and maintaining construction drawings.

Responsibilities

Assist the Project Manager to write and track RFI's or review submittals
Assist in change orders
Maintain construction drawings
Assist with subcontract and schedule administration
Assist the Superintendent with punch list management and other needed items

Required

Pursuing a 4 year college degree within Construction Management or related field
Must have good interpersonal and teamwork skills and a desire to learn
Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
Proficient with computer applications as required to perform responsibilities
Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must complete an in-person interview when hired and an exit interview when internship is completed

Preferred

Formal engineering, architectural training, or equivalent construction experience is highly desirable
A basic understanding scheduling programs preferred
