Responsibilities
Will support 9-1-1 Network transition project
Possess excellent interpersonal skills required to work with other departments/subsidiaries to develop timelines for project deliverables
Be able to consistently demonstrate a levelheaded approach, calmness and a 'can do' attitude
Possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to offer alternatives that are customer-focused, strategic and profitable for the team and project
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Work under extremely challenging timeframes and pressure to meet deadlines
Be a self-starter and demonstrate the ability to work with a team environment as well as in a standalone role, working independently with minimal supervision
Possess creative problem-solving skills and the ability to offer alternatives that are strategic and profitable
Have confidence to address senior management and apprise them of critical situations
Possess experience in working within a change control-oriented environment, solid knowledge of testing strategies and defining acceptance criteria
Qualification
Required
Have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree and 10+ years' experience in Problem Solving and Project Management
