InternHigh Impact Promotion is a Chicago-based media and marketing agency specializing in high-impact video production and content creation. They are seeking a Digital Production Intern to support their content pipeline, focusing on media intake, organization, and social media support while gaining real industry experience.
Media Production
Responsibilities
Media Intake & Device Management
Import footage from all cameras and devices to a central hard drive
Help ensure all devices are charged, backed up, and ready for the next shoot
Move all footage from microSD cards to a main hard drive
Organize assets into labeled folders by event, device, and date
Upload organized footage to Google Drive following our internal structure
Create thumbnails for videos using existing Drive material
Assist in selecting strong visuals for reels, recaps, and client-facing deliverables
Help post content to additional platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
Draft or refine basic captions based on provided guidance and brand tone
Qualification
Required
Organized and motivated individuals looking to build experience, skills, and a professional portfolio in digital production, social media content, and creative operations
Ability to support content pipeline from capture to organization to prep for publishing
Experience with media intake and device management
Ability to import footage from all cameras and devices to a central hard drive
Ability to ensure all devices are charged, backed up, and ready for the next shoot
Familiarity with Insta360 Camera, DJI Mic, DJI Osmo Pocket 3, DJI Mini 4 Pro, DJI Neo, Insta GO, and Ray-Ban Meta Glasses
Ability to manage file organization and drive management
Ability to move all footage from microSD cards to a main hard drive
Ability to organize assets into labeled folders by event, device, and date
Ability to upload organized footage to Google Drive following internal structure
Ability to create thumbnails for videos using existing Drive material
Ability to assist in selecting strong visuals for reels, recaps, and client-facing deliverables
