Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC Grinders to manufacture precision components
Create, review, and edit programs as needed to meet engineering specifications
Select appropriate tooling, load materials, and operate grinder
Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality
Conduct detailed inspections of CNC precision-ground components using various measuring tools to verify geometry and ensure conformance to design specifications
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma or equivalent
Previous CNC experience (grinders, mills and lathes)
Programming experience (knowledge of G&M code)
Shop math skills (standard & metric)
Ability to read blueprints and apply technical precision
Preferred
3+ years of manufacturing experience preferred
