Responsibilities

Manage the Treasury Management Analyst team

Provide mentorship, training and coaching to team members, including delivering regular performance feedback

Hold team accountable to service and productivity metrics, as designated by the department scorecard

Provide input to the leader regarding scorecard metrics and team delivery

Preparation of sales

Work on cost comparisons, proposals and timelines

Provide monthly reports for Treasury Management team as requested

Provide client support, relationship management and onboarding of new clients

Serve as a client resource when the sales team is unavailable

Assist with general banking and Treasury Management questions

Attend prospect and client meetings, reviews, etc. as appropriate

Support onboarding of complex Treasury Management relationships

Manage documentation and paperwork

Serve as a liaison between Treasury Management and other BWB departments

Participate in cross collaboration team meetings

Cascade messages to TM Analyst and TM Sales teams

Procedure/Process Ownership

Ownership of identified process/procedures

Project/Initiative Involvement

Provide Treasury Management perspective and involvement in designated projects
