Qualification

2+ years of debtor experience
Recent Bankruptcy experience is required; preferably Chapter 7 and 13
Must be able to handle all facets of the BK cases including client contact and attorney support
Must have BEST CASE software and ECF filing experience
Preferred
A paralegal with a degree preferred but not required for the right candidate
