Summer Intern/Sales Performance

Responsibilities

Maintain and enhance manual processes supporting field operations
Assist with weekly and quarterly incentive compensation deliverables
Apply skills in data management, quality control, analytics, and data visualization (PowerBI or Tableau)
Collaborate with Performance Engagement Leads across business areas
Ability to be on-site in the Durham office 2-3 days a week
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Required

Pursuing a BS or MS degree in Computer or Management Information Systems, Business Analytics, or similar disciplines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to work full-time (35–40 hours/week) throughout the 12-week internship cycle (May/June-August 2026)
Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible
Ability to be on-site in the Durham office 2-3 days a week
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Must successfully pass a drug screen and background check prior to assignment target start date
Completion of the immersive GSK Digital Assessment is required to proceed in the application process

Preferred

Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PowerBI and/or SQL
Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying technical concepts
Problem-solving & analytical mindset with the ability to tackle diverse challenges

This job posting is for a temporary role as an employee of Atrium on assignment at GSK.
The individual selected for this role will be offered the role as an employee of Atrium; compensation, medical benefits, fringe benefits and other terms and conditions of employment shall be presented by Atrium upon offer.
In addition, this role will be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirement.
