Qualification
Required
Proven experience in carrier management, brokerage operations, and logistics coordination
Strong communication and negotiation skills for building and maintaining carrier relationships
Proficiency in troubleshooting shipment challenges and ensuring adherence to shipping regulations
Ability to use logistics management software and maintain detailed records
Strong analytical and organizational abilities to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
Familiarity with USPS brokerage loads and related processes is a significant advantage
Capacity to work collaboratively in a team-oriented and hybrid work environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
