Responsibilities

Co-lead a team of Door-to-Door representatives by coaching, mentoring, training, and overseeing overall team performance

Demonstrate consistent, longer-term success in assisting the team in meeting or exceeding monthly growth sales goals within the territory

Prospect to new residential customers by promoting GFiber’s internet services

Assist the team in building a lead pipeline through ongoing door-to-door interactions and conduct phone and/or email follow ups

Display expert communication skills internally and externally, and be able to partner with other GFiber team members to ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience

Display expert knowledge of GFiber’s network and technical deployment

Communicate the GFiber value proposition to customers
