Insight Global is seeking a mid-to-senior level Help Desk Specialist with strong customer-facing skills and technical expertise in Windows environments. This role focuses on providing end-user support and includes responsibilities such as managing Active Directory tasks, supporting Intune and Autopilot configurations, and assisting with new office setups.

Responsibilities

Provide desktop support for Windows and Mac environments (main tech: Dell; some Macs for marketing)
Manage Active Directory tasks (adding/removing users)
Support Intune and Autopilot configurations
Troubleshoot Cisco VPN , video conferencing equipment, and basic networking issues
Collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements
Assist with setting up new offices , including applying a structured change management approach

Required

5+ years in Help Desk/Desktop Support roles
Expertise in Windows, Active Directory, Intune, and Autopilot
Strong customer service skills (90% user-facing)
Ability to mentor junior staff and work independently
Experience with the following tools: Cisco VPN, Oracle ERP, Zoom, Jira (project tracking), Box

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing environments
Familiarity with MDM solutions
ITIL certification (will be asked during interviews)
Prior experience with change management and office setup
Exposure to environments with large-scale device management (e.g., 500+ offices, diverse tech stack)
Previous IT Manager experience is a plus
