Technical Customer Success Specialist
Gridless Power is a rapidly growing battery startup focused on solving energy storage problems. They are seeking a Technical Customer Success Specialist to provide front line technical support to customers, assist the sales team, and help with installations for new customers.

Responsibilities
Answer the customer support line and either resolve any issues or escalate to the proper support person
Provide guidance to customers as they deploy Gridless battery technology and be able to answer basic support and setup questions
Escalate any customer issues with the relevant department
Track order progress with the production department and communicate lead times to the sales team
Support other tasks related to sales and logistics as the need arises
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience
Ability to work with minimal supervision, balance multiple priorities, achieve deadlines
Ability to work in a startup environment with a small team
Able to manage multiple priorities
Strong customer service skills
Customer support: 2 years (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Pennsauken, NJ 08109: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Preferred
Experience with troubleshooting IoT devices and camera systems is a plus
Experience with IP cameras and video management systems is a plus
